Working with Grove for more than 10 years, the Tracsa Group — formed by the companies Tracsa and Sitsa — will ensure that customers have easy access to National and Grove cranes with the highest demand in Mexico.
The Tracsa Group will offer an up-to-date portfolio of cranes, increased parts availability and excellent aftersales services.
Long-standing Manitowoc Cranes dealers, Sitsa and Tracsa, are now the exclusive distributors for Grove and National Crane products in Mexico. Both companies form the Tracsa Group, which will sell the complete range of Grove and National Crane products and offer parts, aftersales services and support to customers in the Mexican market.
According to Jorge Zanella, regional business manager for Grove in Mexico, the Tracsa Group will stock an up-to-date portfolio of National Crane boom trucks and Grove all-terrain and rough-terrain cranes that have proven popular in Mexico — such as the GRT8100, GRT880, GMK4100L, GMK5150L and GMK5250L-1. The new dealers are also committed to increasing local parts availability and providing excellent service by technicians extensively trained by Manitowoc.
“We have been working with the companies from Tracsa Group for more than ten years now, and they know our products very well,” Zanella said. “For the last year and a half, they intensified their technicians’ training for Grove and National Crane to enhance services. The new partnership with this renowned group will boost access to Grove and National Crane products in Mexico and help us increase customers’ uptime.”
The Tracsa Group has built a solid reputation with Mexican customers over its years in business. With 45 years of experience in the Mexican market, the Tlaquepaque, Jalisco-based dealer Tracsa has 23 locations. Sitsa, a Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico-based dealer, was founded 12 years ago and has been a sales and rental representative of Grove and National Crane from the start. It has eight locations across Mexico.
“We are very pleased to be Manitowoc’s exclusive distributors for Grove and National Crane products in Mexico”, said Juan Paulo Mejía, industrial commercial manager, Sitsa. “We have the proper infrastructure and expertise to represent these two brands since we have been business partners for so many years. Our customers have come to expect extraordinary things, and we want to continue to provide superior service for them.”
