In the video, you’ll learn how to carry out the daily inspection procedures on the MLC100-1, using the inspection and maintenance checklist of the crane. You’ll see how to check hydraulic oil levels and how to find all major maintenance points to ensure you properly maintain the engine of your crane.
The video also explains why it’s important to look for damage and wear to the crane, especially wire ropes and structural components on the lower works, to ensure safety and maximize your productivity during operation.
The Manitowoc MLC100-1 is a 110 USt (100 t) crawler crane that can accommodate up to 200 ft (60 m) of main boom with 60 ft (18.3 m) of jib.
