Manitowoc’s Philippines team celebrates the grand opening of their new office. The team and key partners celebrated this milestone with a special event, highlighting the company’s new and improved support capabilities.
Manitowoc has relocated to a new Philippines office, with improved facilities to allow the company to provide even higher levels of support to local customers. Situated in Muntinlupa, the new office will enhance Manitowoc’s aftermarket support locally, ensuring faster service and greater accessibility for customers.
The smart new facility, managed by Manitowoc Crane Group (Philippines), spans 300 sq. m and offers an increased stock of spare parts for Grove, Potain, and Manitowoc cranes. The upgraded location also includes training areas and a fully specified workshop for repairs and EnCORE crane refurbishments. This move is part of Manitowoc’s broader strategy to strengthen its presence across Southeast Asia, and to enhance its service delivery and operational efficiency.
The new office enables rapid service deployment with a dedicated team of 14, including three mobile service technicians, one tower crane service technician, a service manager, a warehouse coordinator, and a delivery driver. Plans are also underway to add three more sales and service personnel this year, further enhancing the facility’s service capacity.
“The relocation of our office marks a historic milestone for us. After 25 years in our previous location, this move underlines our commitment to customers and our continuing market leadership,” said Zurich Fernandez, general manager, Manitowoc Philippines.
